22 School Street is a Dutch Colonial style house built in the mid 1920's located in downtown Hanover, NH. On the ground floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, den/guest bedroom and foyer/mud-room as well as a full bath with shower. On the second floor, there are four large bedrooms (one with an attached sleeping porch) and a full bath with tub and shower. The house has a full basement with exterior access. There is a (new in 2004) fully-enclosed back porch as well as an open porch which runs the full length of the house on the south side.
