Rosedale
The tower at Rosedale is
located in a residential
section between the Southside
of Tuscaloosa and the
Meadowbrook area, just off
of the end of Hackberry Lane
and University Lane
(which gets you nowhere near
the University campus).
Like the towers at Hillcrest and
Old Lock 15, the Rosedale water tower
has a bay door at its base.

Rumor has it black helicopters (like
the ones discussed on Art Bell)
are kept inside.
