| As of mid-January 2004, the bridge is passable -- hang around the access at Rice Mine Road or the other side on Jack Warner Parkway and you'll notice folks using the bridge throughout the day and night -- but it is not scheduled to officially open until March. Lights and signage as well as one more layer of asphalt appear to be the remaining items. |
