Genesis 1/1
1.In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 2/8 and 9.
8.And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had formed.
9. And out of the gound made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight,and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden,and the tree of knowlege of good and evil.

Genesis 2/15 thru 17
15.And the Lord God took the man,and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
16.And the Lord commanded the man, saying of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17.But of the tree of the knowlege of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:for the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 2/22
22.And the rib,which the Lord God had taken from man,made he a woman,and brought her unto the man.

Genesis 3/3
3.But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden,God hath said,Ye shall not eat of it,neither shall ye touch it,lest ye die.

Genesis 3/9 thru 12
9.And the Lord God called unto Adam,and said unto him,Where art thou?
10.And he said,I heard thy voice in the garden,and I was afraid,because I was naked; and I hide myself.
11.And he said,Who told thee that thou wast naked? hast thou eaten of the tree,whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
12.And the man said.The woman whom thou gavest to be with me,she gave me of the tree,and I did eat.

Then God:
As we find in Genesis 3/21,God made coats of skins and clothed them.Now these skins were more than just a cover for their nakedness.Of course those skins came from animals that were completely innocent of any sin and also covered their sins.Yes God had provided them with a way back to Himself.

The Children Of Israel:

Exodus 2/23 thru 25
23.And it came to pass in process of time,that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage,and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage.
24.And God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham,with Isaac,and with Jacob.
25.And God looked upon the children of Israel,and God had respect unto them.

Exodus 3/6 & 7
6.Moreover He said,I am the God of thy father,the God of Abraham,the God of Isaac,and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.
7.And the Lord said,I have surely seen the affliction of My people which are in Egypt,and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrow:

Exodus 3/10
10.Come now therefore,and I will send thee unto Pharaoh,that thou mayest bring forth My people the children of Israel out of Egypt.

Exodus 13/17 & 18
17.And it came to pass,when Pharaoh had let the people go,that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines,although that was near; for God said,lest peradventure the people repent when they see war,and they return to Egypt:
18.But God led the people about,through the way of the wilderness of the Red Sea:and the children of Israel went up harnessed out of the land of Egypt.

The Ten Commandments:

Exodus 20/1 thru 17
1.And God spake all these words,saying.
2.! am the Lord thy God,which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt,out of the house of bondage.
3.Thou shalt have no other Gods before Me.
4.Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath,or that is in the water under the earth:
5.Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, serve them:For I the Lord thy God am a jealous God,visiting the iniquite of the fathers upon the children unto the third and the fourth generation of them that hate Me.
6.And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love Me,and keep My commandments.
7.Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain;for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.
8.Remember the sabbath day,to keep it Holy.
9.Six days shalt thou labour,and do all thy work:
10.But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God:in it thou shalt not do any work,thou,nor thy son,nor thy daughter,thy manservant,not thy maidservant,nor thy cattle,nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11.For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth,the sea,and all that in them is.and rested the seventh day:wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day,and hallowed it.
12.Honor thy father and mother:that thy days may be long uppon the land which the Lord thou God giveth thee.
13.Thou shalt not kill.
14.Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15.Thou shalt not steal
16.Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17.Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house,thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife,nor his manservant,nor his maidservant,nor his ox,nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbour's

Yes the Ten Commandments and the teaching of Exodus,Leviticus,Numbers,and Deuteronmy seems to form the covenant of the law.The Ten Commandmennts seems to be the base of the covenant of the law,or at least a corner stone,Thou shalt not do this,that or the other,Thou shalt do this that,or the other.

Exodus 19/3 thru 6
3.And Moses went up unto God,and the Lord called unto him out of the mountain,saying,Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob,and tell the children of Israel;
4.Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians,and how I bare you on eagle'wings,and brought you unto Myself.
5.Now therefore,if ye will obey My voice indeed,and keep My covenant,then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

The Covenant Of The Law

Deuteronomy 26/18 & 19
18.And the Lord God hath avouched thee this day to be His peculiar people.as He hath promised thee,and that thou shouldest keep all His commandments.
19 And to make thee high above all nations which He hath made, in praise,and in name,,and in honour;and that thou mayest be an Holy people unto the Lord thy God,as He hath spoken.
Now we find that the Ten Commandments and the covenant of the law as recorded in the Book of Exodus is the laws,rules,and the commandments that should be lived by and kept.These laws and commandments constitutes The Covenant Of The Law..With priest as go between man and God.These priest were too make sacrifices for the people for the remission of their sin.

Yes under the covenant of the law sin was committed by the breaking of the law.However God in His great love and compassion gave us a better covenant based on better promises.

Then God:

John 3/16

Yes God sent His only begotten Son into the world with a great number of missions.And one of them being that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish,but have everlasting life.He did not come with a demand,such as do this,that or the other such as:

2.Thou shalt not commit adultery.
3 3.Thou shalt not steal.
4.Thou shalt not bear false witness nor
and of the other commandmenys,

But Jesus came with another set of commandments:such as the following: The Commandments Of Love:

Matthew 22/37 thru 39
37.Jesus said unto him,Thy shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,and with all thy soul,and with all thy mind.
38.This is the first and great commandment,
39. And the second is like unto it,thy shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

John 13/34
34.A new commandment I give unto you.that ye shalt love one another,as I have loved you,that ye also love one another.

Matthew 5/44
44.But I say unto you,love you enemies,bless them that curse you,do good for them that hate you,and pray for them that despitefully use you,and persecute you.

1 John 3/11
11.For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning,that ye should love one another.

Hebrews 8/6 thru 8
6.But now that He obtained a more excellemt ministry,by how much also He is the mediator of a better covenant,which was established upon better promises
7.For if the first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
8.For finding fault with them,He saith,behold,the days come,saith the Lord,when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.

With very little study we can find why:

Romans 13/8 thru 10
8.Owe no man any thing,but love one another:for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
9.For this,thou shalt not commit adultery,Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal.Thou shalt not bear false witness,Thou shalt not covet;and if there be any other commandment,it is briefly comprehended in this saying,namely,thy shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
10.Love worketh no ill to his neighbour:therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

So we find in the above verses that if we keep the commandments of love,that we will not break the Ten Commandments.
Yes we find in Romans 13/10 that if we really love our neighbours that we would not break any of the Ten Commandments against them,because love is the fulfillment of the law.

The Ten Commandments,are rules,regulations,commands, and demands.It seems that if a person wanted to be righteous under the covenant of the law,The Ten Commandments had to be kept deed by deed,and Commandment by Commandment.

Now suppose we look at these commandments separated from each other and see what we can find.

First let us look at the Ten Commandments:I rather think that most all christians know that God sent them to the children of Israel by Moses near the end of their journey from Egypt to the promised land and freedom.We also should remember these people were a very rebellious people,and very soon to forget all the miracles that God used to bring them that far.So God used very strong words;--Thou shalt not----

Yes the Ten Commandments and the teachings of Exodus, Leviticus,Numbers,and Deuteronomy seems to form the covenant of the Law.And are the very base of the covenant of the Law.

The above ofcourse being called the covenant of the law.

THE NEW COVENANT:
THEN GOD:

John 3/16

Yes God sent His only begoten Son into the world with a great number of missions.And one of them was to bring A New Covenant.No He did not come with all the demands such as do this,that or the other such as:

Nor any of the other commandments.

The Commandments Of Love:

Matthew 22/37 thru 39
37.Jesus said unto him,Thy shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,and with all thy soul,and with all thy mind.

John 13/34
34.A New Commandment I give unto you,that ye shalt love one another,as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Matthew 5/44

So we find in Romans 13/10 that if we really love a person that we would never do them no wrong.

There is a saying I have heard since I was a child,I know not the author of this saying,but I think the author just might very well be right:

Yes pride can be very good, However Satan can use this word against us, Satan can have us believing or feeling that we are so much better than some of the others of us,,that we are always right and everyone else is wrong. Pride is perhaps Satan's greatest lures. At the very least one of his greatest.

JESUS SAID:

Matthew 32/12

12. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased. and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.



Then Satan uses another of his favorite lures, This one is known as selfishness:

SELFISHNESS:
Concerned only with one's ownself.
Self-Centered---Self-Seeking---Self-Absorded--- Self-Serving.

Selfishness has been a very-very great lure for nearly six thousand years. Satan has fooled and caught some of his largest and greatest fish with this lure called Selfishness.

Then Satan turns again to his tacke-box for his lure that is known as thought-less.

PAUL SAID:

ROMANS 13/13.
13.Let us walk honestly,as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

THOUGHT-LESS:
No consideration for other's feelings.
Lacking or marked by a lack of care.
Inattentive---Fackless.

Now surely has a lot of fun reeling in the thought-less that is so unconcerned that only thinks of themselves.

Then there is the lure that we call gossip: I think we all know just what this lure is good for. Yes Satan knows just when to use this lure called gossip:

GOSSIP:
A person habitually engages in idle talk about others.
often sensational groundless talk about others.
To engage in or spread Gossip.
Rumormonger---Scandamorger---Talebearer----Tattler---
Tattler-tale---Tall-Tale.
Now with this artifcial bait or plug Satan really has a field day, and it would be surprising to know just how many fish is caught with this totally artifcial bait.

JESUS SAID:

Matthew 12/36
36. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

DECEITFULNESS:
Astute but lacking in ethics or principles
The act or practice of deceiving
Deceitfully cleverness
sly---crafty---tricky---foxy---scheming---deception-- double-dealing---Dupilicity.
Satan uses deceitfulness when he feels lazy and just taking it easy, because he knows a great numbers of us will grab for this bait.

JESUS SAID:

Matthew 13/22
22.He also that receiveth seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word. and he becometh unfruitful.

REVENGE:

The act of retaliation.
A desire to harm others or to see others suffer.
The quality or condition of being Vindictive.
e---Spitefulness---Vengefulness---Vindictivenes----Ma lignancy.
Oh yes Satan uses this artifciaol lure in spit of the following verse:

PAUL SAID:

ROMANS 12/19
19.Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Hatred:
An object of extreme dislike.
Extreme hostility and dislike.
To reguard with extreme dislike and hostility.
Despise---Loathe---Detest---Abomination---Contemp---
Sneer---Scorn--- wrath.
Hatred is one of the words that is condemned throughout the Bible and all christian believes.In fact I feel that the Lord Jesus Christ will not live in a heart that is full of hate, hostility, despise, contempt and etc.
One can not walk very close with Christ, with hatred in their hearts, Jesus Christ is pure Love: Love and hatred just does not mix.

JESUS SAID:

MATTHEW 18/10
10.Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of My Father which is in heaven.

UNCONCERNED:
Cool---Di t---Remote---Solitary---Chilly---Aloof-- Reserved--- doffish---Unapproachable---Without-Emo tion.

If we study the life of Jesus,We will find that Jesus Christ was and still is the most concerned person in human history,So if we are to be a good christian with a good testamony, Wemust be concerned. The word Christian means Christ Like, or like Christ, And unconcerned is simply not Christ like.

INFIDELITY:
A narrative not based on fact.
And untrue declaration.
Falsity---Disloyalty---Faithlessness---Falseness---
Unfaithfulness---Falsehood.
Now this is one of Satan's greatest artifcial lures, (just a little white lie, so called) But deception pure and deliberate.

JESUS SAID:

MATTHEW 5/8
8.Blessed are the pure in heart:For they shall see God.

UNTHANKFUL:
Not apt to show appreciation.
Not showing or feeling gratitude.
Ungrateful---Thankless---Unappreciative---Unthankful.
I judge no man.If I did it would be him that is not thankful for his gifts and daily blessings. I can not believe that a born again christian could not help but to look up and thank God for the super natural love and Grce it took to bring salvation down to man. Oh yes Satan uses this lure sadly to say mostly on our young people.

Alcohol and Drugs:
There is very little that can be said about alcohol and drugs,This lure of Satan is so well known that we all know that if we are caught by this lure we are in trouble for the rest of our lives, or even death in many cases. Yes Satan uses this lure,sadly to say mostly on our young people.

JESUS SAID:

Matthew 26/41
41.Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.



IT HAS BEEN SAID:



THAT THE GRACE OF GOD DOTH NOT JOIN ITSELF WITH THOSE WHO RELISH EARTHLY THINGS.
