Each page contains a full size drivers license in color with quick-check clues that tell whether the license if valid. Each State is on a seperate page. Details such as:

• keys for minors
• required validations

This guide is used by Law Enforcement Agencys (I can't see why when they have their NCIC computers but they say so), retailers, bars, liquor stores to help spot fake ID.
