http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=452977034 This is a colorized postcard that reads "Double Time, Greetings from Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Miss.". It is very old, although I'm not sure exactly how old. Probably from the 1940's / WWII era. The card has not been used postally, but is very worn, with age stain and creases on the front. It looks like it was rolled up and stuck in someone's pocket. But, it is a great piece of history and depicts troops in training- a great collectible! [from
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=454597221 You will notice it isn't numbered. Hattiesburg Traction Co. printer's proof. Mississippi. Only one exists. It came out of the archive of the Clarke and Courts Printing Co. in Galveston, Texas. I think this was the electric trolley car company in Hattiesburg. Rare my friends!!! It has the customer's tag that comes with it. slight crease upper right corner. [from
