Born at Nusretli, Doğu Rumeli Vilâyeti, in 1789. Governor of Cairo 1805-1806, Defterdar 1807-1813, Vali of Hicaz 1818, of Mora and Girit (Crete) 1825-1828, occupied Syria in 1831 till 1840. Granted the title of Paşa with three tails 1818. Succeeded on the retirement of his father, 1 September 1848 (confirmed by Imperial Firman received from the hands of the Sultan). He died at Cairo on 10 November 1848 at 01:00 a.m. and was buried at the Imam-i Şafii Türbesi in Cairo eleven hours after his death.

Prince Mustafa Behçet Fazil (son of Ulfet). Born at Cairo on 22 February 1830, died at Istanbul on 11 November 1875, reburied in 1926 at his Mosque in Cairo
