Another well done site, that covers several topics. Includes both original material and many links. It also includes message boards and a Theological Chat Room. Looks like it is updated somewhat regularlly.
Gospel Outreach Ministries
Very well done site dealing with Christian Apologetics. A plethora of articles on cults, doctrine, the Gospel, evolution, Atheism, the Bible, new age, and too many more subjects to mention. It looks like it is updated often, and well worth a visit and a bookmark!
Cult Research Links

Very well done site. Information on the famous cults JW's, Mormons, etc. as well as some smaller cults Boston Church of Christ, United Pentecostal Church, etc. and information on cults that most people seem to think are orthodox Churches of Christ, Seventh Day Adventists, etc. - Worth a bookmark if you know anyone involved in these groups.

The following webs site are usually run by "Independent, Seperated, Fundamental, King James Only, etc. etc. Baptist Churches" and most are very much opposed to Calvinism. While I agree with a Separtist position I believe many of these ministires take it to an extreme, and are often on a witch-hunt. I am attempting to present the higher-quality websites in this genre.
This is a well done site that features the present (and many past ) issues of their newsletter. For the most part it is quite useful but they sometimes misjudge what they do not understand. Their criticsms of John MacArthur, R.C. Sproul, and Michael Horton are often misguided.
This site featues O Timothy Magazine, The Fundamental Baptist News Service, and The End-Times Apostasy Database. Through these three sources this site provides hundreds of articles of various degrees of value. While misunderstanding Reformed theology and being opposed to Calvinism, they do have some good material, and are worth a visit if not a bookmark.

A good listing of Magazines, Colleges, Newsgroups, etc, but it is kind of hard to find exactly what you are looking for.
There are a lot and I mean a lot of religious links of all kinds, but beware of the Extremist Pentecostal propaganda being spread covertly.
7. Phil Johnson's Bookmarks
One of the best Christian index of links on the internet. All types of Christina sites including many Calvinist pages. All links are anotated and rated according to their value.
