From the same people who bring you the EXCITE search engine. It works very much like hotmail.

Free X-tel
Free E-mail account, I'm not sure how this one works or about its reliability.

Friendly Email
This free account works similar to hotmail, but is not quite as fancy. You get to choose from several different domain names.

Geocities
Free E-mail accounts when you sign up for a homepage. This uses your web-browsers mail program to send and access e-mail.

Go-Play
Free E-mail using their website so you can access it from any computer with an internet connection

Rocket-Mail
Free E-mail using their website so you can access it from any computer with an internet connection

Web E-mail
Free E-mail using their website so you can access it from any computer with an internet connection

Dog Mail I use this one and like it.

FREE COUNTERS FOR HOME-PAGES

Escati
They offer the standard counter, but you need to display their logo in order to use it. They also offer free clocks and guestbooks.

Internet Count
This counter has a few statistics (daily, weekly, and monthly averages) and you must also display their logo (although you can make it small). I use it and like it!

The Network
Your ordinary run of the mill counter.

Web-Side Story
Excellent statistics, but again you must show their logo. I use it on my main page, and am happy with it.

Extreme Tracking
