There are faces that should be here
I see them in my mind's eye
Forgiveness freely I can give
Some days I see the faces
By Debra Kay Reeves
Smiles that are not
Choices that were made
Children all but forgot
Their laughter in my ears
Each little hand I long to hold
For each I shed a tear
Because I have not walked
Where others had to make a choice
For the life that could not talk
And I long to know a name
Of the children gone to the Father's arms
Back to soon from whence they came
