Millidge L. Oglesby & Mary A.
                       Jenkins

Millidge L. Oglesby was born about 1820.  He married Mary A. Jenkins, daughter of George Jenkins and Elizabeth.

Notes for Mary A. Jenkins:
A picture of Mary's tombstone was printed in the Screven County newspaper that gave directions to her grave.  Property where she was buried is now owned by the Union Camp company.  Directions to the grave is:  from Sylvania go to Bascom and on to Trinity church.  Turn left at church and travel 1.7 miles toward Antioch church.  turn right off paved road and go 1/3 mile.  Stop at a culvert and a big red oak tree and take a tram road to the right for about a half mile.  Stop and walk into the woods to the left for approximately 200 yards.  Look to the left for tombstone.  This spot is near Rocky Branch.  This is the only tombstone remaining but several children's graves are there with no identification.  The home site of Triggs Jenkins is back on the road near the cemetery.  He owned a good bit of land here and started the cemetery near his home.  Triggs could be the father of Mary Ann Jenkins {Oglesby}.
