Some things about my family:

I am the second oldest of five. I have two brothers and two sisters

In my own family I have 4 children, 2 sons and 2 daughters.

Michael Robert is my oldest. In April of 1997 he was a passenger in a van involved in a terrible car accident, which left him quadriplegic. Prior to the accident Mike managed a book store and was a strong participant in Renaissance Fairs in his area. He also enjoyed ballroom dancing and Science Fiction/Fantasy. He is still as interested in all of these things and continues to participate in them, but his life is obviously different now.

Christopher Scott is a teacher for the Lakeville - Freetown, MA school system. Chris is married to a delightful young lady who teaches in New Bedford, the former Sue Machado. Next is my oldest daughter, Cindy.  She and her husband Bob have been married for  14 1/2 years, and have my 3 grandaughters, Michele, Jennifer, and Kaitlyn. Bob works with heavy equipment while Cindy writes for the town paper.

My youngest is Suzy.  She and her husband, Kevin, live in the next town over from me, with my grandsons, Spencer and Robbie, and their two dogs. Suzy does advertising design and Kevin is a machinist.

I am a preschool teacher for the Headstart program and I coordinate the Scholastic Firefly Book order club within our school. Personally, I enjoy Traditional country music, genealogy and plastic canvas crafts. I like to read historical pieces or biographies. Most of my free time is spent on the computer doing genealogy or with my granddaughters and grandsons. I publish a quarterly newsletter for our family and I organize an annual family reunion...whew!!

Only a genealogist regards a step backward as progress!!
