Probably one of the most popular f/w rays due to its availability and reasonable price tag. Fairly easy to keep; however, I still cannot get this lil' dude to eat shrimps. For the meantime, its diet consists of mainly earthworms and bloodworms. Disc on P. Hystrix is very smooth. This ray is appx 7" from tip Head to end of Tail. Disc size appx. 5". Definitely a beautiful ray with camouflage patterns.
