Sue & Frank

This is us at our favorite place, "HoboInn" in Elbe, Washington. It is a motel who's rooms are old Caboose's. There is no phone, no televison, in these rooms, you figure why we like it here! <*smile*>In the picture on the right you can see what the motel looks like, our favorite "room" is the yellow one.

Hi there! We're Sue and Frank McLean, better known as the Hobos. We met in June of '96 on mIRC, in channel #43. A computer "boo boo" brought us together! Both of us were single and started "chatting" on a daily basis. We talked about anything and everything. Likes,dislikes, kids, hopes and dreams. Well after about a year of this, we decided to meet in person. Frank lived in Canada. I was here in Washington state. Both of use were "nervous nellies" but in June of '97 we met face to face. Frank drove here on his Goldwing motorcycle (pictured above) and we had our first date. It did'nt take long for us to know we were in love. :) With our work schedules it was hard to "date". I worked nights and weekends, he worked days and weekdays, but we managed to fit time in for each other. By July we had decided to get married and save on sleep and gas. Frank asked me to marry him from Canada, over the computer. We were married on August 8, 1997 at Ocean Shores, Washington, right on the beach at sunset. We are currently living here in Washington but plan on moving to his home in Canada.Frank is a mechanic and I'm a waitress, just ordinary folk. I bought my computer a few months before I met Frank at the encouragement of my daughter, Laura. I like to say that it cost me $2500.00 to find a husband! I've now started doing this homepage and it is really a work of love and a few large bottles of Advil!
