| In hillier areas, like Kosciusko, the Natchez Trace is a limited-access two-lane highway connecting Natchez, Mississippi with Nashville, Tennessee. Where the land flattens out, as it does southwest of Kosciusko, intersections do exist; but traffic on the Parkway has the right-of-way and does not stop. Here, the access ramp from the state highway south of Kosciusko loops around to a full stop at the parkway. |
