Hi there, my name is Fred, I live in Dallas, Texas (USA) with my wife Joanne and my dog A. Jacks. Before I moved out here, I lived in San Francisco for a year and a half and in Canada for 9 years (3 in Vancouver and 6 in Toronto). I was born and raised in Cascais, Portugal.

I went to the University of Toronto for a couple of years but ended up getting into the radio business. From there I went to DG Systems where I now manage the Technical Support group.

When I'm not at work, I'm either:
