Dates:       June 18, 19, 20, 2004

Location:   10 Miles West of Danville, Indiana and 3 Miles South of SR 36 (Groveland)

Hours:       Friday June 18 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Saturday June 19 9:00 a.m.  - 9:00 p.m.;  
                  Sunday June 20 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
                         (Note:  Exhibitors are expected for Festival duration)

Selection:  Exhibitors must apply using the Exhibitor's Contract.  All articles for sale must be
                 original,creative and handmade by the exhibitor.  NO FLEA MARKET, FOREIGN,
                 OR MANUFACTURED ITEMS ARE ALLOWED.  We reserve the right to refuse
                 work that does not meet the Heritage Lake Festival Committee standards.

Fees:         Exhibitor Space:    Open Air Space, 12' x 12'                            $ 45 - FRI/SAT/SUN
                                                                                                                 $ 40 - SAT/SUN
                 Electricty:                                                                                $ 10
                 Late Charge:         Applications received after May 15, 2003    $ 10

Space:       Open-air booths are approximately 12' x 12'.  Tent booths are 10' x 10'.  Each
                 exhibitor must furnish own tables, chairs, electrical cords and other props.  Booths
                 must be manned at all times.  Exhibitors are responsible for removing personal
                 effects before departure, and are asked to clean their own area each day.  Leaving
                 early or changing booth assigned space will result in not being invited back.  No
                 beverages or unwrapped food items are to be sold.

Security:   Security will be provided, but exhibitors are warned to exhibit at their own risk.  The
                 Heritage Lake Festival Committee cannot be responsible for damage, theft or loss.

Set-Up:      Display can be set up on Friday, June 18 from 10 - 4:30,  Saturday, June 19,
                 from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and Sunday, June 20 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.  Each booth shall be
                 set up before opening hours and are not to be closed or taken down before closing
                 times.  All vehicles must be out of the exhibit area at least 1/2 hour before Festival
                 start time each day and during Festival hours. No more than 1 vehicle per exhibitor
                 will be permitted.

Parking:   Vendor parking, including R.V. parking will be provided adjacent to the exhibit area.
                 No hook-ups are provided.
