Uses In the "REAL WORLD"

Geometry is used everywhere even in the most unbelievable places.

            - Entertainment and Advertising

Some of the most stylish computer graphics, animation, photographic manipulation, and digital trickery is in Hollywood and on Madison Avenue. What many people don't know is that transforming shapes and generating shapes all comes down to geometry in nature.  Morphing is when one shapes changes and takes the appearance of some other shape.  Morphing is used in many movies such as Terminator II when men emerge from shapeless blobs.  Simple morphing can be explored in planar geometry!

            -Scientific Visualization

Computational geometry is also used in making computer-generated  illustrations and simulations which are used in movies and commercials to depict the structure of objects that are usually too small or too big or even too dangerous!

            -Industrial Design

Geometry is used very often to help engineers in testing airplanes, cars, buildings and bridges, etc. for safety, cost, and utility.  For instance in building a car u must have precise mathematical model and representation of the car so it can be tested for the reasons listed above.  In making anything engineers usually have many models of the structure and use perfect geometry to test them.
