Selected to be part of the Management Training Program that provides trainees with a variety of experiences both office and project site environments including project engineering, office engineering, contract administration, field supervision, safety, scheduling, estimating, procurement and cost control. The program is designed to educate trainees about multiple project delivery systems including construction and program management, design/build and general contracting.

> Responsible for constructibility reviews during the design phase of various projects as part of the Renovation and Expansion program for the Foothill and De Anza Community Colleges.

- Mediator between architect and owner's needs in    resolving design problems.

- Bidding process facilitator for projects of Foothill     and De Anza community colleges, as part of the        construction management services provided to the District.
