WILL OF HENRY HILLMAN DOGGETT
I, Henry H. Doggett of said county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all others that I have hereto before made.
It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christian like manner.
It is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as praticable after my death.
I will one 1937 2 Door Ford Sedan grey automobile to my 2 grandchildren, Miss Olivia Michael and Mrs. Velma Johnson. I feel like they are intitled to it for waiting on me.
I will all my other personal property to my son and two daughters. Mr. F. A. Doggett, Mrs. Alma Doggett Puckett, Mrs. Anny Doggett Michael, deceased, is to be equally devided among her heirs.
I hereby appoint my grand-daughter Olivia Michael Executratrix of this will. And relieve her from making ant inventory of my property or appraisment or from giving any bond. She is requir d only by this will to probate the will and she is further relieved from making anty returns of her acts and doings to any court whatever.
