Free Shipping
All shipping and handling is free of charge with orders over $60.00. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. All items are completed and shipped out within 8 business days of receipt of payment and can be expected to arrive on your doorstep in timely fashion. Custom orders can (not in all cases) take a few days longer to complete. You will be notified via email if this situation occurs.

Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchased item within 30 days of purchase date. To exchange, please send $6.00 for postage ($8.00 for non-US addresses) with the indication of what you want in exchange. *Custom orders are not available for return or exchange.
Returns between 15 to 30 days of purchase are only eligible for store credit. All returns must be well packed and insured. Half & Half Gifts are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
