Hi! My name is Heather and I am from Elkin, NC. I am a Senior at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, majoring in Sociology. I plan to apply to nursing school and become a nurse. Currently I am certified as a Nurse Assistant. I am a member of the Marching Tar Heels, and play clarinet (on game days, my nickname is Smurfette). In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and watching all sports, especially NCAA Basketball. I am 22 years old. It is kind of interesting that I go to school here, considering that I am a huge Duke basketball fan. I am also a Yankees baseball fan. One day I hope to live in New York City and have a housefull of cats. My favorite movie is The American President, but don't get it confused--I HATE American Pie. I like to listen to music. I can stand all kinds (except rap and especially not Eminem) but I prefer country music. My favorite singer is by far Collin Raye. I also LOVE roses and I have my own rose garden. I also enjoy reading for fun...My favorite authors include Mary Higgins Clark, James Patterson and Nicholas Sparks...My favorite author of ALL time is Dr. Seuss...
