Kirin Blakdeth, tiring of his days as a wandering mercenary, headed to the lands of The Southern Marches. He was determined to find other brave warriors with whom to fight and revel in the glory of victory.  Gathering local heroes, he founded The Duchy of The High Spires.

The High Spires is the Atlanta, GA Dagorhir group.  What is Dagorhir?  Dagorhir is best described as a sport, and a very active one.  Participants dress in historical or fantasy garb and use foam weapons in mock battles, following rules and guidelines designed to ensure the safety of everyone involved.  Emphasis is more on historical recreation and having fun than winning.
