Our Homemade Pizza
Everyone loves our homemade pizza.  But everyone likes different toppings (pepperoni is the only thing they all can agree on) so we divide it up with toothpicks stuck into the dough to separate the different portions.  Make sure you put the toothpicks in before adding the mozzerella or you can't tell where one ends and another begins :)

Olive oil cooking spray
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Pizza dough mix (we use two, follow pkg directions)
Pizza sauce
Garlic salt & powder
Parmesean cheese
Pepperoni (lots & lots)
At least 2 cups of Mozzerella, shredded fine

Optional (meaning Richard puts these on his part):
Mushrooms
Black olives

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Lightly coat your pan with olive oil;  we have found that instead of washing your pizza pan after using, just wiping it out repeatedly with clean paper towels gives a beautiful crispy crust.  Sprinkle with enough seasoned bread crumbs to coat.  Spread dough evenly in pan forming a slight lip around edges.  Spread sauce evenly to coat crust (even the "lip").  Sprinkle sparingly with garlic salt and powder, according to personal tastes.  Cover with parmesean (again, even the "lip").  Add as much pepperoni as you have.  Sometimes I'll layer it so thick you can't even see anything but pepperoni.  Add your other, optional ingredients.  Cover generously with finely shredded mozzerella and cook at 400 degrees 20 - 25 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown.
