		Hilo Bay Hostel and Gardens is a traveler's hostel and welcomes guests from overseas, mainland U.S., and inter island visitors as well.  Identification and proof of travel is required. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER CHECK-IN.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
