Dear Arnab :)
I'm writing from Italy. I downloaded your nice Ludo game and since it was one of my
favourite games when i was a kid, I just loved your program, that I think is maybe
the only one on the net thar really brings the fun of the original game. And since
I'm a graphic designer, I though to give something back for the hours of amusement
you gave to me :) I re-designed the board and the pieces and I include a pic to show
how it looks. If you like and want to use them just let me know, I'll send them all
the parts right away to you :)

Thanx again

Hey,

I just wanted to say thanks for the Ludo game. I’m in Australia and used to
play Ludo as a kid… oh about 30 years ago. Anyway I’m ‘babysitting’ this
weekend and I thought it would be cool to have some games to play. I like your
website and will be back to check it out again in future.

Again, many thanks.

Tony

To Arnab,

I have played your ludo game and enjoyed it very much, thats why I sent it to
potential major customers and they enjoy it very much and it always seals the
deal. CEO's of Australia's biggest companies enjoy your simple game and thats
why I would like to send you a fee for all of help in sealing my business
deals.
I am propared to send any amount of money and it is upto you to tell me how
much. In a way I am giving you a blank cheque and all you have to do is tell
me how much you want. Please keep in mind that your game has been distributed
100's of times with my email attachments and has sealed deals worth an extream
amount with companies such as Telstra and Optus, so ask for any amount and
please do not say anything which I concider right because I would have to give
you my company so please just tell me the figure and you will recieve it.
Thank You

Hello

I did get your Ludo on a CD together with the magazin "Komputer for alle". This
game has the strange behaviour, that the computer will miss its own way home
(if you understand what I mean) The same piece will take two or more rounds on
the board.
I can not see in what situations, it will happen, but also in the automatic
finishing the play, when I won, the piece will miss the "homerun".

But it makes fun anyway.

Hello Arnab
Thanks very much for a lovely Ludo game.
I was fortunate to find it very quickly when hunting for it.
I really didn't think I would find it free of charge, especially since it works so well.
Thanks again, and keep up the excellent work.

Hi,
I downloaded your ludo. It was great.
It would be nice if you could add an option of getting a coin out for 1 too.
Would you also be interested in programming the Indian version of Monopoly
i.e Trade or Business as we call it.
Thanks and regards
Ramanan

Thanks so much for the Royal Board Game of Ludo. I have been looking for it for the past several
years, atleast ten, untill I found it on here. It has been my domestic game since my childhood in
the early 70s.

Thanks again.

Hi,
I think Ludo is a great game. It needs few modifications though, like adding a rule: one can not enter home without killing opponents counter.
What environment did you designed this game? C++, or VB?

If you have time could you add this rule to this game. Or if you want I can further improve it.

Thanks.

Hi,

I surfed into your website, because I was searching for an online version of
Ludo. Unfortunatly, the version you have, is not the one I'm used to play here
in Denmark. We have a version (a real board-game though), where there are stars
and globes. For instance, when you're standing on a globe, you are "safe", and
when you come to a star, you jump to the next star on the board. I hope I'm
making sense :o)
Well... this was also just to inform you about another version of the great
game of Ludo :o)

Hi Hirak/Arnab,

I have played ludo ( rather Arnab's Ludo) . It is still fun even if
you grow old. Thanks for providing it on i-net.

I was wondering whether you could add this rule ( or an option in
settings) where one can not go to home without killing at least one
opponant's coin. For instance, if player-1 does not kill other coin
and he has only one coin on track and he is close to getting into home
and lets say, if he gets points by which he is going into home path
then he has to go around.

This is how we and others used to play when I was a kid in mumbai.
That also makes game little challenging/ tricky/interesting and it
avoids the factor of who gets 6 first and so ...

Regards,
Milind.
