1370 A.D. | Two wedge tents and probably two cone tents.
Light wedge tent, dark area around visible apex, triangular and other decoration along ridge line, band of knot-work around roof below ridge line, circular design lower down the roof, the walls are in a darker shade and are very short, guy ropes and pegs are very clear. Light cone tent, a little point to a dark rounded apex, decorative band about roof with geometric design. Dark cone tent, only tip of roof visible. Second light wedge tent, similar to the first pavilion, decorative bands thinner and lesser ornate, short wall much dark in shade. Black and white picture. |
