1480 A.D. Four bell and three pavilions are shown in the besiegers encampment, their roofs show a “X” decorating the middle section, the pole apexes have a ball and flag pole but no flag.  “Burgundian troops lay siege to Morat in 1476, from Diebold Schilling’s ‘Amtliche Chronicle’ of c. 1480, Bibliothèque de la Bourgeoisie de Berne, Mss. h. h. I.3.”

One bell tent (?) and two pavilions. 

Bell tent, one of the types of bell tents with two apexes very close together, spike, oval apex and cone, sculloping (pointed) along roof ridge, "crossed arrows"  design on roof, circles along roof edge, valance defined and decorated. 

The pavillions have similar but longer roof ridge to the bell tent.
