The bell tents have ball apexes, diagonal lines across their roofs, some have scalloped valances and panel definition on walls. 

Note; Scalloped valances could just be one way of depicting guy ropes. 

The pavilion has no apex or ridge line decoration, panel definition on roof and walls, scalloped valance.
