Then sit
peacefully, |

Besides that, all craving attachment, wandering of mind, and fancy thoughts should be annihilated and eliminated. |

Do it day and night
diligently, |
°ß·À°Ê¤ß¡A¤£·À·Ó¤ß¡C |
Only annihilate the movement of the
mind, |

But freeze the empty
mind, |

Not rely on one
method, |

Yet when the mind is competingly
impetuous, |

Battling between staying and
going, |
¤[¤[ºë«ä¡A¤è¤D½Õ¼ô¡C |
After thoughts get refined for a long
time, |
¤Å¥H¼È¦¬¤£±o¡A¹E¼o¤d¥Í¤§·~¡C |
Don't because of not gaining
collection for the moment, thus abandon the undertaking of thousand lives. |

Having gained little silence, |

then no matter during walking, standing, sitting or lying, |

Whether having things or not having things (to
do), |

If restraining the mind too
tight, |
¤ßY¤£°Ê¡A¤S¶·©ñ¥ô¡C |
If mind is not
lively, |

Loose or tight each have its
place, |

Restrict and it does not
adhere, |

Don't seek more things to
do, |

Take no things (to do) as our real
home, |

Like the mirrored reflection from a water
surface, |

All good technics and convenient
ways, |
¼zµo¿ð³t«h¤£¥Ñ¤H¡C¤Å¥O©w¤¤«æ«æ¨D¼z¡C«æ«h¶Ë©Ê¡A¶Ë«hµL¼z¡C |
The development of spiritual wisdom, whether
fast or slow, is beyond one's control. |

If not seeking spiritual wisdom in steadiness
(of mind), |
¼z¦Ó¤£¥Î¡A¹ê´¼ªÌ·M¡C |
With spiritual wisdom but not use
it, |
¯q¸ê©w¼z¡AÂù¬üµL·¥¡C |
Benefit and furnish steadiness (of mind) with
spiritual widsom, |
Y©w¤¤©À·Q¡A¦h·P²³¨¸¡A§¯ºë¦Ê¾y¡AÀH¤ßÀ³¨£¡C |
If thoughts and mental images in steadiness (of
mind), |
©Ò¨£¤Ñ´L¡A½Ñ¥P¯u¤H¡A¬O¨ä²»¤]¡C |
Then the supreme celestials, various immortals and man of reality seen are the auspicious ones. |
°ß¥O©w¤ß¤§¤W¡AÁŵMµLÂСC©w¤ß¤§¤U¡AÃmµMµL°ò¡C |
Only order the mind to settle on
them. |
·~¤é¾P¡A·s·~¤£³y¡C |
Old karma [i.e. fruits of action]
consumed day by day, |
µL©ÒÖñê¡A~²æ¹ÐÅ¢¡C |
Nothing to
hinder, |
¦æ¦Ó¤[¤§¡A¦ÛµM±o¹D¡C |
Doing it for
long, |
¤Ò±o¹D¤§¤H¡A¤Z¦³¤CÔ¡C |
Those man who have gained
Tao, |
¤@ªÌ¡A¤ß±o©w©ö¡Aı½Ñ¹Ðº|¡C |
Firstly, mind has gained steadiness
easily, |
¤GªÌ¡A±J¯e´¶¾P¡A¨¤ß»´²n¡C |
Secondly, chronic disease generally
destroyed, |
¤TªÌ¡A¶ñ¸É¤Ô·l¡AÁÙ¦~´_©R¡C |
Thirdly, fill up premature
end, |
¥|ªÌ¡A©µ¼Æ¸U·³¡A¦W¤ê¥P¤H¡C |
Fourthly, extend life to ten thousand
years, |
¤ªÌ¡AÁå§Î¬°®ð¡A¬G¤ê¯u¤H¡C |
Fifthly, refine form to
be prana, |
¤»ªÌ¡AÁå®ð¦¨¯«¡A¦W¤ê¯«¤H¡C |
Sixthly, refine prana to accomplish
spirit, |
¤CªÌ¡AÁ寫¦X¹D¡A¦W¤ê¦Ü¤H¡C |
Seventhly, refine spirit to be one with
Tao, |
¨ä©óų¤O¡AÀHÔ¯q©ú¡C |
And his percipient
power, |

Until gaining accomplishment of
Tao, |

practice, |
