Obviously the bad situations have been appearance in Hong Kong. Mr. TUNG wants to get good policies to reduce unemployment and other difficult events has not find out from his cabinets. This is a good choice to change if him try to get a conclusion from the legislative council because there are opening communication between the governor and people of HK. I know that is impossible things although it is a greatest behavior.
