PROPOSE NEW LAO LIBERATION ALLIANCE

The proposed new alliance between the various groups of freedom fighter in Laos will take a new turn and mean a new challenge to the government of LPDR.  Internal news leaked from freedom fighters Head Office in Vientiane said that the new alliance is necessary.

The new alliance will be carried out in three stages.  First, the various groups report to a Head Office and leader in Vientiane Second, from the leaders in Vientiane to the representatives outside Laos. And finally, report to the new leader in overseas.

The various groups of freedom fighters are:

Group #

1.      Lao Pasa Liberation Front (new name) leads by a new Lao leader.  The former leader was Dr. Kham Sengkeo in China.  This group covers Louang Namtha, Bokeo, and Oudomsay.

2.      Local Freedom Fighter leads by an ethnic minority leader, in Laos.  This group will cover Sam Noeu and Phongsaly.

3.      Hmong Liberation Front (new name) leads by a Hmong.  The former leaders were General Vang Pao and Colonel Cher Pao Moua in Laos.  This group will cover Xieng Khouang and Louang Phrabang.

4.      The Ethnic Issara, a new group recently split, formed, and leads by General Bonnchanh's subordinator who is unhappy with Vientiane's policy towards the ethnic minorities.  The majority of this group is Khmu in Laos.  This group will covers Sanakham, Vang Vieng, Phone Hong, Vientiane, Moung Hom, Moung Saysomboune.

5.      The Chao Fa, leads by a Hmong Leader.  The former leaders were Yong Youa Her / Pakao Her, in Laos.  This group will cover Phon Bia area, Moung Mok / Moung Kharnkeuth, Moung Nong Het, and Moung Khoune.

6.      The Lao People's Liberation Front (new name) leads by a former Captain Vinai, which comprises of.

a.       Fa Ngurn group of Sedone, Vapikhamthong, and Champasak.

b.      Lasavong Soeuth group of Sekong, Saravanh, and Sepone.

c.       Sikhotabong group of Khammoune, Savannakhet, and Sepone.

Their former leaders were Impeng, Chao Sak Nachampasak, and Prince Souryavong Savang.  The reason to change their leaders and their parties' names is because the old leaders denied the Vang Tao's attack and the Xieng Khouang's attacks, even though they, the old leaders, ordered the attacks.

The new propose alliance will take effect at least late of this year or early next year and will carry out decisive plans with lightning strike. However, if the new leaders in overseas do not accept the new merger plans and/or the striking plans, they may maintain plans as directed by leaders in Vientiane.  They are very confident that their operational plans and the people will quickly throw in their support.

The leaked out news said the new leader overseas ordered the groups to target specifically the foreign troops and foreign military personnel.
