Pizzazz was the spoiled rich girl as well as the leader of the group. This doll is very evil looking, unlike the other Misfit dolls that look very sweet. She has sea green eyes with very loud KISS-like makeup in purple, violet and white tones. She also has canery yellow contour blush and florescent orange lipstick. Her hair is so bright it almost glows in the dark! It is chartruse with spiky layers at the top. Pizzazz wears a short mini-dress with red-violet top and faux zebra/magenta lame` skirt and bib. She wears a chartruse sash around her waist, a chartruse knee sock on her left leg, two gold spiked bracelets and grayish purple pumps with mattalic sheen. Her musical insterment is a grayish purple guitar with a gold hologram decal.
