I don't know how or when or where or why the disagreement happened, but there was one. Mighta been on our way back to the center of Moscow after lunch, off to see the Kremlin and the sights therein. As you can see by this picture, taken outside St Basil's again, all is not well with our gang. Luckily, this particular one didn't last too long, and we were able to continue in to the Kremlin. It isn't just one building, it's an entire complex within the Kremlin Walls. There are I don't know how many churches and museums inside, and a theatre, and the old Armoury, and the government buildings, and a lot more along the same lines. We didn't see everything; it woulda taken months and we didn't have months to spend.
Pally Monty Clift settles a dispute in front of a bell tower built by one of the Czar Ivans, I don't remember exactly whether it was Ivan the Great or Ivan the Terrible. But it's a bell tower and it's huge. The onion-shaped domes on top are painted bright gold and they shine in the light. It stands amongst all the different cathedrals, one for the coronation of the czars, another for weddings, another for burials. All the czars up to Peter the Great are buried in the same cathedral in the Kremlin. That particular cathedral was especially dark, cold and gloomy. Not buried in the floors, mind you, but with sarcophagi just arranged around the room. The paintings inside all these cathedrals were simply overwhelming, but being in a room full of people who have been dead for over 300 years just ain't my bag. Wish I had pictures, but ya can't take any on the inside, too dark ta take 'em without a flash, and the flash of everyone's cameras would eventually ruin the pictures. . . besides, ya wouldn't've been able to see much anyway. It's DARK in there.
STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Let me know what you think of it so far!
