Kelsey Winslow

Kelsey Winslow is an adventurous young woman. She was found by Lightspeed rock climbing at dangerously high altitudes. There she was recruited to become the Yellow Lightspeed Power Ranger. Kelsey loves roller blading as well as any other extreme sports. During her time as a Ranger she has developed a close friendship with Chad. She also recently patched things up with her rich grandmother. Kelsey was able to help in finally bringing down Queen Bansheera. She has turned in her Morpher, and is looking forward to doing normal things in her life, like entering an extreme sports competition. But rest assure, if the time ever comes when Mariner Bay needs the Rangers again Kelsey will gladly be there to help.
