Macca is more important than Owen in Liverpool FC.
The following are some of the information of Macca :
McManaman has always been an Evertonian,something he never hides.
As a boy he was a regular at Goodison Park .
He has his first trial as a footballer with Everton but was turned
down.
He then went to have a trial with Liverpool whose Coaching staff
decided take him on,on 19th Feb 1990,he signed as a professional
with the Reds .
Everton tried to signed him ,a few years after his original trial
but this time it was Steve who turned down the Blues.
He made his debut on 5th Dec,.1990 in a game against Sheffield
United.
He was choosen as "Man of the Match " in the 199f F.A.Cup final
in which Liverpool beat Sunderland.Macca ,who was coming back
from injury ,was chosen as replacement for John Barnes ,who was also
injured.
On 2nd April 1995 he scored both goals which saw Liverpool win the
league Cup against Bolton wanderers at Wembley.
Chosen by U.E.F.A. ,in the 1996 European Champion ideal team
following the tournament,in which he played from the start in all
five of the gmes that England played.
At the end of Auguset 1997 Barcelona were actively interested in
signing him ,to the point where Maca even travelled to the spanish city
.The deal wasn't finally pushed through however,since Barcelona opted
for the Brazilian Rivaldo.
My favourite footballer is Jamie Redknapp who is a 25-year-old England and
Liverpool's player.To be honest,I can only say that Jamie is a normal
player with a handsome face whose father is a famous manager,Harry
Redknapp.Jamie has married with the UK sexy singer ,Louise Nurding,
on 29/6/98.Congratulation ! Hope they have a happy family life. 
Being Jamie's fan,I feel so frustated about his career.
Jamie missed the World Cup 1998 because of his injury.It seems a serious
problem for him.His injury that made him lost many opportunities to
become a superstar .(*_*)...

Some rumours that Macca will leave Liverpool but this what we
don't wanna know.Macca plays a very important role in Liverpool.
