SUMMARY:
"Chan plays Keung, a Chinese tourist who goes up against a gang of vicious, motorcycle-riding hoodlums. Keung runs into the thugs when they attack his uncle's store and he fights them to protect it. Although his martial arts skills come in handy, Keung soon has his hands full facing more dangerous opponents -- a vicious band of jewel thieves masquerading as F.B.I. agents. Now Keung now must protect not only his uncle's store, but also his beautiful neighbor, Nancy, and her wheelchair-bound younger brother. "
