About Us
This web site exists to encourage people to open their homes to one or two of the many abandoned cats that are in shelters or that are starving on the streets. The rewards of helping an animal, who has nowhere else to go, are huge.

Unfortunately, there are not enough homes for all of the discarded and
feral (wild, due to being born on the streets) cats. Please, do not feed stray cats if you are not going to spay or neuter them. This only makes things worse. If you have found a friendly stray, look for it's owner (do not just assume it's abandoned) by putting up found posters and running a free found ad in the paper. If the stray is skittish or feral, borrow (from CARE or a shelter) a humane live trap so that you can have the cat neutered and then return it to where it was (trap-neuter-return). For trapping instructions and info on feral cats, reference this site: www.alleycat.org
