Behind the high front wall of the property are first a cactus garden and a two-car garage. Then comes the house which is 17 meters/56 feet wide.

The single-storey house has two large bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms, a third bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a smaller room which can be used as an office or TV den, a spacious living/dining area, and a medium-sized kitchen. There is extensive storage space.

The bathrooms, ie. the plumbing, tiling, toilets and sinks, were recently  refurbished. The electrical circuits were redone about two years ago. The entire house and terrace have been repainted within the last year.
