Problem 1: Loose
hairs |

This is a dental floss threader |

These are loose hairs. They can be a pain. You can thread the loose hairs
through the detal flosser and pull them through your dread, twist them into
a ball and *poof * no more loose hairs! |

Problem 2: Loose Tips |
|
|
|
Grab the dread about 1/2 inch away from the tip. Now press the tip that
extends past your thumb and fingers firmly into the palm of your other hand.
While pressing roll the tip around your palm in a circular direction. You
should notice the hair at the tip start to tangle and tighten and maybe
flare out a bit. After you've rolled it and gotten it as tight as you tight
and as tangled as you can, roll it back and forth between your fingers working
in a little bit of dreadwax. Now you can leave it as is or use a rubberband
to finish it off and hold it nice and tight. |

Here is another way to fix loose tips. |

Problem 3: BUGS! |
|
I pray this doesn't happen to anyone with dreads. But if it
does there is a way to get rid of them. Soak your dreads in rubbing alcohol
and tie a large plastic bag over your dreads, any bag will do as long as
it keeps the fumes on your head. Let your dreads soak for 30 minutes. After
they soak rinse your dreads really really well. Repeat all this again in
3 days. |
