Good health requires intentional effort on a consistent basis.

Several years ago, the World Health Organization stated that "good health is more than the absence of disEASE.  It is rather a complete state of SPIRITUAL, emotional, physical, intellectual and social well-being."  [Emphasis supplied]  Some time later, the W.H.O. identified another component of "wellness".  They called it OCCUPATIONAL health.

Rest/Recreation/Relaxation
Temperance
