I love condominiums for the amenities and the views. I easily get my condominium fees worth in my use of the shared facilities. My background in exercise makes condominium amenities extremely important for me. What amenities are important to you?


No house reasonably can provide you with a track, basketball court or spa. Here is my list of unique amenities (pools and exercise rooms are no longer unique) and where they can be found. Let me know if there are any other unique ammenities you are searching for.

Indoor Basketball court
: "The Richmond" at Sherbourne/Richmond
Cityplace (Apex and Matrix share one), West one and Harborview will have a full court being built in the near future, The Merchandise Lofts (Church and Dundas), several condominium complexes in Scarborough, 81 Front street east, 1001 Bay st.


Running track: The Penrose (750 Bay st.), The Liberties (711 Bay st.)


Virtual golf: The residences of Bay (new development on Bay st), The Waterclubs (Queens Quay), The Voyageur (2119 and 2121 Lakeshore)
