Important considerations in buying a condominium Before you go out on showings it is important to know what you want in a condominium. These are the questions that you should be asking yourself before you start your search: 1. What you want in an area (parks, nightclubs. Groceries, etc ) 2. What you want in a building (what amenities are handiest to you if any)  3.   What you want in a unit (view, 1-3 bed, balcony, etc.) 4.     Price that you can or are willing to pay for a unit. Getting an idea of what you are looking for in these criteria will make your condominium purchase that much easier
