  Ruben Cajiuat(E3) - Ruben and Marife have been happily married for 13 years this coming March 7.  They are now residing in the beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.  They are blessed with two beautiful children, Florence Mae (born 1988) and Reuben Nathan (born 1994).   Jun De Guzman (E1) -Jun graduated in 1984 at University of the East (Dolly Cruz happened to be my schoolmate then).  He was a self-supporting student at that time and work with Citytrust Head Office in Makati until he graduated in 1984.  He was not able to take the board exam because his mother died during his review in 1985. So Jun decided to look for a job right away.  He was fortunate to be connected with Asian Development Bank, an international organization based in Manila since 1966 as a contractual staff in mid-84 and hired as regular staff the following year. 
     His wife SHEILA is an Industrial Engineering graduate of UST.  Their children are CLARISSE (5 - Kinder), STEPHEN (4 - Nursery) and JENINA (3months old).  Shiela & Jun met in the Bank (Asian Development Bank) in 1992 and got married in 1994 (the reason for having younger children, though, palusot pa!).  They are still connected with ADB. Jun is working at the Controller's Dept as Senior Accounting Assistant while Shiela is with the Office of the President.  We can communicate with him thru this email address: cmdeguzman@adb.org
   Raul de Guzman Jr. - (E2)  Dong left the Philippines and decided to live in Guam in 1982. He got married March 19,1991 at San Agustin Church to Fe Buzon, younger sister of Ofelia Buzon IV-E1.  They were blessed with two beautiful kids; Michael Jay is turning 9 years old this coming December and Andrea Fe is 6years old. Dong is presently connected with BMW in Guam as Aftersales and Technical Manager, while Fe is running her own business in Travel and Tour Consultancy. Dong can be reached @ rdeguzman@bmwguam.com
   Rolando De Vera (E1) - Rolando's love for Gagalangin make him decide to stay there.  He is now working as a technician in the Light Rail Transit (LRT). Rolly was married to Ma. Lina Ruiz de Vera on Dec. 9, 1984.   The gems in their life is their most treasured five children, Ma. Fatima, 15; Ma. Zeana, 14; Lorenzo, 10; Jane Karen, 5; Trisha Kate, 2.
   Arnel Macalinao (E1)- Arnel who is a Barangay Official currently reside in Maypajo, Kalookan City.  He was married to Teresita Rubio, who is an Accountant, on Jan. 25, 1995.  They have a cute daughter, Tira Marie (1997).
   Edgardo Morales  (E1)- Dodie who is working as a Supervisor lives in Pampanga St., Gagalangin. He tied a knot with Cyrel Morales on Feb.28, 1993.  They have two great children,  Paul Zedrick, 15; Cathy Denise, 6.
   Rosanto Misa (E1) - Ross is now residing in  BF Homes, Parañaque City. He works as a T.V. Commercial Producer.  The four little Rosses of Ross are John Ross, Mary Anne Ross, Evangeline Ross, Eugene Ross.
   Elmer Pangan (E1) - Elmer who won't leave Juan Luna, Tondo is now an NBI ISOD Agent.  He is married to Rebecca Cruz.  They were married on January 31, 1989. Elmer and Rebecca were blessed with 4 kids namely Abegail, 11; Mark Brian, 10; Magdaleno, 7; and Maebelle, 3.
  Stevenson Tavera (E1) -Steve, our class valedictorian, works at Philippine Chamber of Commerce Inc..  He also teaches at New Era College.  I think he heads a research group at PCCI.  He is residing in QC near the Iglesia ni Cristo Central Church.  He helped Dante Manalang last July, 1999 secure his passport.  He is the same Steve we knew then, very helpful and humble. 
  Manolo Tuazon (E1) -  Manny has been in New York for 12 years.  He is working as a nurse in Jamaica General Hospital.  Also known as Olong to close friend, he is still available.  He is currently residing in Queens, New York.  One major change with Manny is that he has grown taller, but he still the same good-natured Olong that everyone knows way back in high school.  He will be happy to hear from you @ Manolot@hotmail.com

  Evelyn Alcaraz-Muallil (E1) - She married  Henry Muallil, a native of Tawi-Tawi and Zamboanga who was her officemate at USAID, on May 25, 1994.  Evelyn is an accounting graduate from PLM and is now a full time housewife while her husband, a structural engineer, heads a consultancy firm.  Their abode in Kamias, Quezon City is colorfully lit up by the presence of an only son, Henry James, who will soon turn eight and studies at Torch of Light Learning Center.  Evelyn can be reached @ megalcaraz@hotmail.com
  Ruby Anatacio (E1) - Ruby lives in WoodEstate Village 2 in Bacoor, Cavite.Gen. She works as a Manager in CFISI - Pier 10, North Harbor, Manila.
  Ofelia Buzon (E1) - She is now known as Ofelia Buzon Calaquian after snatching June Calaquian from the Mother of Good Counsel Seminary in San Fernando, Pampanga.  Yes, June, a Guaguanian (from Guagua), was a seminarian during his high school but he changed his vocation when he met Ofelia.  Sorry, Father Erick,  it runs in the Buzon family....habulin ng seminarista.  Fea (her nickname) is a CEU BSE/Banking & Finance graduate while June is UST Psychology grad so they decided to put up a travel agency.....ang layo ano?  But Dominico Travel System is doing good.  Thanks to their 3 kids (Dondon, Mikee and Nico) their inspirations in naming the travel agency.  Dominico Travel System is located at Midland Plaza Hotel, Adriatico Street,  Ermita.  They have foreign affiliate in USA (New York and Virginia).  So the next time you travel, think of Dominico Travel System, the Batch 78's official travel consultant.  Fea and June loves traveling a lot with their 3 kids: Paula Michaela Fe- 14 years old, Angelo Nico- 10 years old and Donatello- 9 years old. Marife has this sweet comments on how things should have been in high school... "We felt that we should have been closer last high school but because of this elective segregation that they did, naging magkakalaban tuloy lahat. Like E-1 versus M-1, versus Sc-1, etc.  Sana, IV-1 na lang lahat.  But anyway, it is not too late to catch up."
   Rebecca Cruz-Pangan (E1) - Rebecca is self-employed. Their business provides clowns and magicians for children and corporate parties. Rebecca is married to Elmer Pangan (an NBI agent) on January 31, 1989.  They have 4 wonderful kids, Abegail, 11; Mark Brian, 10; Magdaleno, 7; Maebelle, 3.
  Dolly dela Cruz-Ramos (E1) - Dolly finished her BA-Accounting in 1982 at University of the East. Unfortunately, her first husband met an accident and died on April 28, 1985.  She married Alfredo Ramos, her second husband, on January 16, 1990 and was blessed with three (3) children:  Cesar (1984); Marlouie (1990) and Mearayzabel (1996).    Alfredo, her husband is currently working  as Warehouse Selector at San Miguel Corp.  Dolly is busy with her business,  a dealer  for  various beauty products and ladies accessories.
  Olivia Griarte-Seña (E1) - Olive is married to Celso Seña on March 18, 1985.  They have three (3) handsome children namely:  Darren Kent (1985); Daleon Kim (1994) and Dencel Kaiser (1998).
   Olive finished her Midwifery course in 1980 and was able to work as a Midwife at Emmanuel Community Hospital from 1982 - 83.  She held the same position at Tondo General Hospital from 1985 - 87.   She has to stop working and finish her Nursing course.  In 1990, she got her BSN license and decided to go to Jeddah National Hospital in KSA in 1992 and worked as Head Nurse but has to return to Philippines in 1994 to give birth to her second child. 
     Her husband, Celso, a former soldier, is still working at Al-Sirehy Cargo Transport in KSA while Olive stays with her three (3) sons in Manila. 
  Perlie Gonzales (E1) - Perlie is currently holding the position of  Administrative Supervisor in one of the leading network systems integration companies in the Philippines.  Their mother company is a publicly-listed company in Singapore Stock Exchange which will soon maintain a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in London.  She used to be married with one of our batchmates (Luisito Amat).  Unfortunately, it didn't work.   They had three (3) children, Paolo-Loreto (1981); Pennie-Leen (1983) and Nathaniel-Romeo (1985).  The two boys are with their father and their only daughter is with her.  Her daughter is now taking a pre-med course.  Pennie-Leen and Perlie are now living in Makati City, where she works.   Jesie Guevara-Moran (E1) - Jesie Guevarra-Moran, IV-E1 '78, who was known as the batch's singer and also an occassional orator and declaimer.  She was also active in the Girl Scouts Movement in Torres together with the likes of Rowena Andaca, IV-SS Virgo,  Leah Espino-Ponio, Marilou Cruz-Santos, Eleanor Directo-Fabie and Ofelia Celestino, all of IV-SS Cancer.  Jesie, in her high school days, went to compete in a T.V. show's Christmas Song Writing Contest with her haunting rendition of "Maligayang Pasko po, Inay!"  She has been a single parent for nine years now to her daughters, Twinkle (1987) and KringKring (1986).  She raises them up in her lonesome self through their family business connected with the hauling department of Pilipinas Shell.  She graduated from PLM in '83 and received a degree in Marketing.  She "enjoys her role as a single parent and regards her two girls as God's blessing to her.  She is particularly excite about the homecoming which according to her has long been overdue.  You can reach her @ jesie119@hotmail.com
   Ma. Tereve Javier-Abad (E3) - Terry was from E-3 and is now married to Julius Abad.  She is a niece of Mr. Eugenio Javier, the head of Practical Arts.  Like his classmate, Ruben Cajiaut, her family lives in  B.C.. They have 2 bambinos, Joshua Timothy (JT) 6yrs, and Joel Jeremiah (JJ) 4 yrs, and that's it.  She spent some Bible Study sessions with Beng & Mandy Evangelista not knowing they were from the same high school and same batch.  They live in Richmond, BC.  Terry can be contacted @ jtjjabad@hotmail.com

  Ma. Linda Padua-Tan (E4) -Ma. Linda Padua is married to another Torresian, Jaime .  They have their own flourishing T-shirt printing business. Their eldest, Kristine Venus (1983) is now in college. Their son, Atlantis (1987) is one of a scholar in San Rafael Parish/Parochial School in Balut, Tondo (like father, like son).  Cindy Diorella (1989) and Jamie Leannie (1991) are the jewels of their parents who are consistent honor students.  You can reach Jaime & Linda @  jokenet@info.com.ph
  Helen Roque Pandy(E1) - Helen is married to Joey Pandy who is currently working in Sembawang Offshore Engineering in Singapore as a Senior Structural Engineer.  She works as Administrative Officer in Makati.   Merlie SugayLeocadio (E1) - Merlie is maried to Tom R. Leocadio and they have 2 children: Khristine Joy (1982) and Richie Dick (1984).  Merlie is a CPA and is currently working with the Philippine National Bank.  She still lives in the THS vicinity in Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila.  You can correspond with her @ argentum@super.net.ph
