Welcome to Huntington Place Phase III. If you're like many of the families who've moved here, you’re here because you were looking for location. The amenities found here are second only to the people who live here. There is a lot of excitement about seeing how the neighborhood is taking shape as well as establishing lasting friendships. As a newcomer to the neighborhood, you may be asking “ Why have a homeowner’s association?” The answer is simple. We have a significant investment in property values, and feel it is in our best interest to maintain, if not improve both the quality of life and the homes that we work hard to keep. Your new Homeowner’s Association (formed in September 1999) acts to obtain information influencing our local surroundings, conveys this information to the residents, and stands to influence actions to the best possible benefit of our association.
Our
homeowner’s association is active and contributes to the quality
of life in the neighborhood. Schools which service Huntington Place children
are LeClaire Elementary (K-2), Columbus Elementary (3-5),Cassens Elementary (3-5, Goshen Elementary (K-2), Edwardsville Middle School (6-8), and Edwardsville High School (9-12).
