What must we believe? 1. That he (God) is. (Or in other words, that he does exist) 2. If we diligently seek,we will find our answer. |

| 1. REPENTANCE |
| This is something we must all do for God to accept us. Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. How does the dictionary define repentance? 1. To feel regret for.(What one has done or failed to do) 2. To feel contrition for one's sins and to abjure sinful ways. In other words to feel so sorry for our sins, that with God's help we turn from them. Do we have Bible for this? Yes, read on. Psalm 38:18 For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin. Psalm 119:59 I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies. Psalm 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: But whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. |
