The Pirates leave and the Sirens slink in !!
When I heard of the demise of the pirate show I was a bit disappointed but after seeing the new Sirens of the Sea show at the T.I. (That what they want us to call the Treasure Island now) The new show is a tribute to the name Sin City, a very hot, sexy and rockin show. There is no shortage of very sex woman and a few very fit guys as well in some barely there out fits. Be sure to be there at least 30 mins. early or you won't get any where near the show!

I am back from another great trip to Vegas. For a change this time I did a road trip from my home Vancouver, Canada. For your reference it is 24 hrs of driving.The only new resort this trip is the Palms but if you look by the old Desert
Inn you will see the latest Steve Wynn project
well under way. There is also a new property
being built on the long empty lot next to the
Circus Circus.

Paris Hotel Cam

The City of Las Vegas can keep you busy but if you have the time
take in some the sights outside of town.

Mesquite- 45 minute drive east of Vegas
Small resort town with great golf courses, several resort casinos
and my favorite skeet shooting

Laughlin - 90 minutes south of Vegas
The resort casino strip is along a river and the best way to travel the
strip is by water taxi. Be sure to take in view from across the river
at night the neon is amazing!

Hoover Dam- 30 minutes east
Best way to take in the Dam is on a tour. Be sure to take the paddle
wheeler to see the Lake Mead side.

Red Rock Canyon- 40 minutes from Vegas
If you like nature and red rocks check it out.

ROYAL FLUSH

One of the most impresive things I've seen is the impromptu memorial to the New York Fire fighters, Police and Rescue. It started with one person putting up a t shirt with a message of thanks with in
a few months there were
thousands. Its gone now but parts of it are on display inside.
