Born in Brooklyn, NY to Barbadian parents and raised in Barbados, Kelvin has always had a love for art and music.

Like most Graphic Designers, he began drawing at a young age. He attended the High School of Art & Design where he took up Commercial Art, Advertising Design and Industrial Design. Upon graduation Kelvin saw many windows of opportunity to choose from. He ventured through with decisions to be made only to reach his final destination. Currently a student at New York City Tech, Kelvin is pursuing a Bachelors of Technology degree in Communication Design, with concentrations in Graphic & Web Design.

Apart from his love of Graphic Design Kelvin’s alter ego “Kelz” has always repped the music of his culture. Growing up playing the Steel Pan, Kelz branched off into Djing with a former band member to become a part of Jam Central. He learned quickly - helping to dj at functions and using his creativity to produce remixes. Kelz takes the art of remixing to the extreme by showing his versatility combining various genres of music with soca rhythms.
