Following a brave battle against Cancer, actor Chris Mitchell passed away on the 22nd February 2001.
He had been ill for some time, and had undergone surgery last year.
By way of a tribute, the next issue of "Meet The Gang!" will be dedicated entirely to the life and work of Chris, and will include memories and tributes from those who knew and worked with him, as well as details on his work outside of It Ain't Half Hot Mum. Our thoughts and sympathies are with his Partner Jackie, and his family, at this sad time. |
