After exhaustive searching on the internet and being unable to find the South African Beef cuts described, I finally got hold of a kind lady with the SA Meat Board who was kind enough to mail me the chart below, as well as the Pork and Lamb charts.
After consulting with my local supermarket (I am yet to find a butchery), the provided the names of the local cuts in comparison to the SA names for these cuts, and have indicated these in red below.
They further added that the "other" cuts (those without red names) are not good quality meat, hence you can not find this in a normal store !!!
